Nestled in the northeastern hills of California, in the mountain community of Whitmore, is a gentleman’s farm
            called Peckerwood. Bursting at the seams with activity, this little nine acres is home to us, Dan and Patti Wells.
            We are a small husband/wife operation and we love every minute of the time spent with our animals. Whether
            working around here or showing them off to the outside world, we never seem to tire, striving to make our bloodlines
            something to be proud of. Our goal is to maintain quality, not quantity.

            We have dogs of various ages at every level of training on both sheep and cattle. We have Dorper and White Dorper
            commercial sheep. We, also, have a page with stock dog trials where our dogs will be participating. I think you’ll
